How to purchase our products |

Please choose a product that you would like to buy from products pages, click "Add to shopping basket" button, and confirm name and quantity of products.

(2) Enter necessary information |

Please enter the necessary information such as your name and way of payment. After that, please click "Proceed to Confirmation Screen".

(3) Confirm necessary information you entered |

Please confirm necessary information you have entered and click "Back to Entry Screen" button when you find something to change. If everything is correct, please click "Send" button.

(4) Completion |

On the screen, you will see a message to the effect that all procedures of ordering products are successfully done.

(5) Confirmation Mail |
|
When your order is done, confirmation mail which has all necessary information you entered will be sent to you immediately.
*Therefore, please contact us when you don't receive it. Because it may indicate that the e-mail address you entered might be wrong.

A Bank Transfer |
| |
We ask that all payments for purchases be completed in advance. As soon as we confirm your payment, we will make a delivery arrangement. After your order, we will inform you of necessary information such as name of products, amount and account number for a bank transfer. Please complete your payment within 1 week after your order.
*Bank transfer fee is customers' responsibility.
*We may regard the case of no payment within 1 week after your order as cancellation. |

After your order, we will inform you of an official delivery date. After the confirmation of your order, we will deliver the product you ordered in 7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, the Bon festival, the year-end and New Year holidays).

We will not basically accept any cancellation after your order. Shoud you have ordered by mistake, however, please let us know immediately. |

About Return |

When you receive a different product from one you ordered or you find that there are some problems with it in quality like damage, please contact us within 2 days after arrival of products. In that case, we will cover the return fee.
